V PS3 Stunting

Bit late to the party I know

I just finished V's story mode and I'd like to try some stunts now, but I'm completly oblivious of the stunt and online scene. I tried searching around the forums for some tutorials but didn't find much. What I'd really like to know, is there anyway to use a save/load position on the PS3? I experimented with the Race Creator but it seemed like it had some kind of anti-fall on the bikes

Create a race and save/publish it. Then go to online mode and play your race. So don't stunt inside the content creator
