Welcome to gtas. :cc_detective:
Really reminded me of The NHK.

'GTAS ni Youkoso', would sound pretty fucking epic if it'd be in the anime.

Since SS mentioned you also got some cool SA ENB stuff, make a topic with them in SA and see how good that looks.

-And once again I start a new page, I can swear it's a curse placed on me-

I wouldn't say his SA stuff is necessarily to my taste, I think it doesn't really go with the art style of the game, but it's a cool look for people who like it that way :P. And Chavez, I'm using his 0.79 settings but I've got rid of the weird lightsprites, changed a couple of little settings and I'm using them on ENB 0.82 instead. It looks better to me :P. I also think his old timecyc is mainly better, but there's things such as the night time in his newest timecyc that I wish I could take over to the old settings. I tried using the newest timecyc with those settings and although it doesn't look bad it's just not right, especialyl for his old bloom :P. His new settings look quite overexposed and weird to me, they feel overworked. His new updates look awesome though, with the watercolour and everything.

Also can't wait for DKT's latest settings, they look incredible :o

Shadowsniper, what is your nickname on gtaforums?
Btw. I always used Dpeasant's files. I really like the ingame atmosphere.
DKT makes realistic settings but I don't like dark/ grey colours.
I've my own car-photography-style ^^
But I have a big respect to him, he's good in HLSL and that's a strange thing to learn.
~ Aha and I will not come back to SA. The graphic in GTA-SA looks too bad.
I am interested  now only with IV and future V :D

Baseline, I am sorry but I don't know this guy.

Yea I would greatly appreciate a sort of HD Pack, that has not only the ENB, but the cars and textures as well.

A Massive file im sure, but still. you would be a god if you did that :D

The only textures which are worth using really are DKT70's road textures, but even then they don't necessarily fit in with the world of IV. The file is 50mb. As for the cars, they aren't modified at all :P. I can upload my modified old Dpeasant settings if you want, they look pretty cool even in EFLC if you can ignore the red sky bug on patch 7 :P

No it's not. Anyway I posted my ENB settings on GTAForums a while ago, unlisted on YouTube, so here you go.

Shadowsniper's GTA IV ENB Settings Walkthrough

Hey guys, I've always loved Dpeasant's old 1.0c2 settings package for GTA IV, but as his settings have progressed I've always came back to these. In my opinion his timecyc is constantly getting better, but the over-contrasty enbeffect.fx file is a major step backwards. This is why I've uploaded this package, I want to get these settings back out into the open, as Dpeasant really did a great job on them.

I've been tweaking this over the years as new advancements have been made in shader technology for ENB series. You can see a full changelog from the original settings listed below. These settings are designed for version 1.0.4.0 of GTA IV, but also work with 1.0.7.0 and EFLC. However, as ENB is not designed to work with 1.0.7.0 some features will not work (Skylighting mainly), and when the camera is pointed at certain angles you will encounter rare 'red sky bugs'.

You can download these settings from the link in the description, I've included an install and uninstallation guide, and four different folders for four different versions of IV (Patch 1.0.4.0 (4), 1.0.7.0 (7), Episodes From Liberty City and Vice City Rage (EFLC). I've also included a full backup of the original files which are replaced by this modifcation. Enjoy! All credit for the files I used goes to Boris Vorontsov/Dpeasant3/DKT70/gp65cj04 for the original ENB modification files, and cimy_93 for the 1.0.7.0/EFLC shaders fix :)

Download link - http://www.multiupload.com/4RHQAHBTAD

Changelog:

Updated from ENB 0.79 to 0.82.
Removed effect.txt and replaced with FXAA code (antialiasing).
Applied Boris' motion blur fix to the enbeffect.fx.
Swapped DOF settings for gp65cj04's amazing real time code.
Included 'shaderinput' folder from Dpeasant's 1.02b pack, not sure if it does anything.
Updated lightsprite and tree settings to those from Dpeasant's 1.02b pack.
Changed stars amount to 0.3, much more realistic.

Todo List:

Optimize enbeffect.fx to reduce lag
