Blog / Quintessence - another best of by mehmet
« on: Today at 12:23:46 PM »

Good evening GTAS folks. A new best of by mehmet has been released today with a little help of Blaze. This video is jam packed with technical and bigair stunts. If you are looking for something to watch or miss some of mehmet's best stunts, this surely is something I would recommend!  :euro:

It was a nice video to watch both editingwise and stuntingwise. There were just some stunts that I felt like could've been executed better or left out but I guess a best of is always a bit subjective. I haven't seen most of these so they were either unreleased stunts or I am a bit oblivious when it comes to the VC scene. Either way, I think this deserves a blog post so I will put it up there shortly.

Hey fellas! Are you bored of stunting? Well Gavran, The Big V and Turok certainly aren't. That is why they released another video, edited by Enough. It has a lot of variety in terms of stunting and maps so be sure to check it out here:

Good evening everyone. I hope everyone had a nice day to celebrate the pagan holiday, even those who do not live in NA. I am glad to post this on the news blog. Organized by Max, this is the fourth installment of A History of Violence with spooky atmostphere and great stunts to boot. If you haven't watched it yet, please do:

I thought the intro was a bit too long and the video had a little too many skimmer stuck methods but besides that it was a really nice watch. Will put it on the frontpage shortly.

Blog / Burnt Ass - a duo by Burn and Taz
« on: October 13, 2017, 08:11:43 AM »
Did you have a nice day? Have you gotten all the lotion to make sure your ass is not getting set ablaze? No? Well then go back to the grocery store and get some and possibly some diapers before watching this video!

Burn and Taz have released possibly the best San Andreas video up to date and you should definitely watch it if you want to see high-end stunting that combines huge distances and technical stunts. Alternatively you could also just watch it to make yourself feel inadequate. That is up to you  :cc_detective:

But I have already said too much so without further ado, here's the video:

I liked it eventhough most of the stunts, if not all of them, were old. The fact that this was only natural stunts was pretty cool. Goob job!

I am just going to chime in with my two cents. First of all I did not encourage anyone to make a poll about this in case people somehow feel like that is what I did.

Anyway to get straight to the point. I do agree with what PrzemOO said and I believe Flat Face is well aware of that fact since most of this was mentioned in a private conversation I had with him a few days ago. There is no personal grudge against Nem whatsoever from my point of view. I might be a bit stubborn and egotistical in my way of thinking but judging from the past I just feel like he does not fulfill the criterias of what it is to be a mod as shown by the post and I wholeheartedly stand by this.

It's debatable if a poll was necessary but it should give you a clear indication of what the community thinks about this decision since me and Flat Face did not come to a conclusion that favours either side. If another staff member had voted on this matter we maybe would not have seen the poll in the first place.

Either way I have no shame in admitting that I did vote no and if it is unclear why just look at PrzemOO's post as it reflects my point of view perfectly.

EDIT: Mateus did not step down from his moderator position because of Nem achieving the moderator status but rather since he did not feel like moderating the forum anymore and would like to be less involved in these kind of things.

I don't know why SSU members are specifically mentioned all the time, to be honest.
