It's a verry shitty PC port, i'm really pissed that i can play most games on high, and i can barely play IV on medium settings..

I dunno about a 100% save file, but download Simple Native trainer (it has options to disable traffic + peds). You'll also need an asi loader and a filecheckfix.asi (if you want to play freemode with trainer). I can send you my files on MSN if you want and explain what you gotta do etc  .

I´ve recently had the time to install GTAIV, but now i want this things to work properly:
- 100% Save Game
- Stunt trainer
- No traffic
I am really new to the whole GTAIV scene for the PC, so any help installing this would be very awesome!
