Need Serious Help

IS there AnyBody playing vice cry Guyz.. i Have installed a setup of Vice cry Winter Edition Setup download from Moddb to a Clean Backup of vice city. 
But When I Start VC exe file then This Happened
1. Intro Played
2. Loading menu Open
3. Selected new Game
4. Loading Screen Start
5. and did not come to end
Please Is there any body who know  this Error to Fix
