I saw Niko's man in TV today . In a movie . Somekinda Russian terrorist who is hunting one American soldier down . Exactly the same guy . I think he's in GTA IV  . The name of the movie was somekinda Enemie Behind or something

well, first of all, he was based on a character from enemy behind the gates, a film about a sniper at stalingrad at WWII. There was no americans in that film, so...

 It's "Behind enemy lines", smarty pants. And the movie depicts the Bosnian war not world war 2.

Even though this is from Behind Enemy Lines, there is another film called Enemy Behind the Gates
indeed.
