So there difficulty is also the same right? A stunt is not only a bump it also what comes before and after the bump.

IMO this would look much better then a standard bump if executed well

That's not what I meant. Obviously a backbump and a bump are different and a backbump is harder. But the spot wouldn't be so different than the original one. You bump the same object and you land the same object. That's my point of view.
