Ok, just from the trailer you can't see how different it is? Hm. I can. were there sky scrapers in GTA3? Was Times Square huge? Were there big Ferries?

That's true, police chase Peds sometimes and you can follow them, and by arrest it's more beat down with sticks .

I wonder if they'll actually arrest them this time...rather than beating them to a pulp and letting them die in the streets.
