Eh, Its not even out yet. And it probably wont be on PC. Since VCS Aint on PC.

on the xbox version of VC the wheels and reflections are more detailed than the PC version.

hopefully they'll water down GTA IV too

You will need something like the 360 hardware for a good experience on PC imo, they're going to release on PC, they know it would be stupid to lose, beleive it or not, their BIGGEST fan base. They will tone down the stuff greatly for minimum, tho I'd say you need atleast 3.2 ghz to run it min when it comes.

Both you and me know that you shouldn't lie to yourself mate. It's around 4 times more hardware-using than the HL2 engine, which is REALLY much.

I'd say around 2gb RAM min, 3ghz min. And a really good GFX card.

The PSP games have nothing to do with the big releases, like the GTA III trilogy (GTA III, GTA: VC, GTA: SA).

And since all the big GTA releases were released on PC, this one will to.

3.2ghz isn't that super, . About the graphics, A highish end AGP DirectX 9 card would be my bet for min, recommend definatly a DX 10 card, 1GB Ram is enough for min probably, 2GB would be better. Think about it this isn't too far-fetched, as they have advanced streaming technology and such, and these are the people that got a Vice City map on PSP, running fairly smooth.

i think i can run it and i think if you can run hl2 on max or css then you can definatly run it i think :

Proc : 2,6ghz
Ram : 768mb
Gfxc : Geforce series 6/7/8 ati 1300 to everything

Are you guys fucking mental? You actually think that R* will demand for really high specs for a computer? GTA: IV will be on the Wii, Xbox360 and PlayStation 3, end of story. If it's gonna come on the PC then they will lower the graphics, quality and everything else necessary for an ordinary Joe to play it with a mediocre computer.
