What about how secure the games files are, I mean, after the Hot Coffee incident, will they no longer support the modding community, or are they gonna be smart and keep the majority of their fans happy?

I gonna hate it. VC is still the best. And I dont think that we'll be able to stunt it in.

I only hope the storyline and the theme is pwnage (and ofc the graphics), and that we all can stunt there.

They are still supporting it, they still have a modding section on SA site, and they contacted LC, SAMP, and MTA as far as I know, and enjoy them.
