Sup guys. Anyone got experience making maps in VC? I tried this back in 2012, but ran into technical issues which I was either too dumb or lazy to solve. I actually did create a sizeable city using LC/VC/SAiVC/SOL models, but due to IPL related stuff I couldn't get it working.
Can anyone here make a large 3D model surface? Flatface made one for me back in 2012 as a sort of concrete foundation that I could start placing buildings upon, but the link is dead and I verymuch doubt he's still got the 3d model of it. Just a gray flat surface would suffice and would be extremely helpful.
I'm currently watching tutorials on Moomapper & Medmapper, trynna get an overview of things. Once I've sorted out the technical stuff, the construction part is easy and tons of fun since I love messing around with map editing in various games.

Some suggestions because this place is hella dull.
1. Creating a contest of some sort. We could grab hold of a few copies of the GTA all-in-one edition and host a competition for members and spread the word somehow, then have you be required to sign up to the forum to be eligible to win.
2. New poster groups. Having an 'active poster' group assigned to people who post alot would be an incentive to participate in the forum threads. I've witnessed people go ham over this silly orange veteran title, so why not create something equally silly and have people obsess over that? It would benefit the community if it became something sought-after, expand the colour palette sorta thing.
(They hosted a competition over at the APB forums where the reward was being able to have a blue username, believe it or not things got heated and a lot of people participated.)
3. Mass emailing all 11.000 registered members with a brief message, remind people we're still here.
4. Spice things up a bit and get a new theme, just an idea, this place looks just like any free forum template. 'Cept for the portal, the portal is really well done, but we're not here for my personal opinion.
5. Be more active. This goes out to everyone, just post more, don't be lurkers.
6. The "pictures of your faces" as well as similar massive threads are great, gives people an incentive to pop on here. Anything we can do to expand on this?

Just wondering if anybody knows how to place objects from LC into the Vice City map/engine/whathaveyou, I'm playing around with Moo Mapper again, it's tons of fun. However I'm clueless as to what program I should use to do this, been out of the game for so long I've started to forget.
Also I just reinstalled windows on my computer, so if anybody has a .rar copy of GTALC.. 'hint hint'

So are anybody playing it? It keeps crashing during the final loading screen which is a huge pain in the neck cause I've got a good selection of stunts (15-20) and I would really like to put together a solo this weekend. Couldn't find any answers online other than "delete your savegame folder" which didn't work at all. Recently started going for long runs several times a week, and I'm running out of music to play while running. Listening to Creedence just doesn't cut it when I need extra energy.
So far what I've been listening to is:
- Blue Stahli
- Flyleaf
- The Go Team
- Hadouken
- Hatebreed
- Airbourne/Motley Crue
- Random Drum & Bass remixes
Also some Lady Gaga and that crap music that slows your mind down enough to ignore the pains of running. Do not judge me.

Let's not stop talking about GTA5 quite yet, I wanna hear your thoughts on the trailer, anything you're looking forward to in particular? Personally I thought Mount Chiliad looked absolutely amazing, along with the variety of landscapes and the lifelike player movements. I also noticed a dog, so potentially having pets would be a really cool addition. My only dislike is the detail of the trees, they look like they would fit right into GTA4 but I feel they're a tad out of place here. As for vehicles, we got to see the standard cars, a jet and a stuntplane, the front of a bike and one of those surfjet thingies. (I bet they're good for doing grabs haha) What I'm really looking forward to is to try out the badass planes and hopefully some fast boats, how about you guys? Also: Strip joints and hookers for the epic winGrand Theft Auto V Trailer #1

Before you ask.. No, it's not impossible. These types of precs are very poss on the faggio. So if none of you guys land it I certainly will  faggioIgnore the ambulance stunt, it's a pretty old clip.

All Points Bulletin was originally created by the creators of the GTA series, but was shut down only 1 month after its release, most likely due to the fact that they released the game in Beta. Back then you had to buy the game and pay an additional monthly fee, so naturally people didn't want to blow their money on an unfinished game, causing the company to go bankrupt. I actually played the game back then and it had about 60% of the features it now has in the Reloaded version, so it didn't surprise me that alot of people couldn't be arsed to play it.
However, after a while the game was bought up by K2 companies, also known as Gamersfirst (For an amazing £1.5 million) They then decided to continue development on the game, allowing beta testers and preparing for release. After about a month of playing as a beta tester I sorta forgot about the game up until the release of APB: Reloaded (18.05.11) which is the "final" release of the game. APB is now free to play and waaay better than it was before, so download it and give it a go!
