today i was checking wich screen resolution was best for my fraps as i always get an box around my videos on YT
I tried some and then i returned back to normal but my colours are a gay now i've tried everything but it wont change
can any of you help me?

That's because you're using 1440x900x16 instead of 1440x900x32 which you can set to use by just continuing
to scroll to right with your arrow key after you reach 1440x900x16...
