What exactly was your extended runup? As far as I can see, the start of that runup is the end of an island  .

There's this curved wall at the end of it. Just use that as something to gain speed with by driving along it smoothly, starting a bit further back from it (you start at a 90 degrees other angle, I mean). Don't go too far back or you won't be able to RAD anymore.
