GTA IV On Windows 7 is very problem

FIrst excuse me for bad english..

GTA EFLC lagging lagging on my pc

-Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
-3 GB ram
-Nvidia geforce gts 450 1 gb
- Cpu: quandocore q6600 2.40 ghz

I think the problem is O.S.

Help me? ;)

That's not the problem of your OS.
The problem is in your graphics card.

I have an NVIDIA Optimus 540m GT 1gb + 1gb of an internal gfx card and some times I used to lag a bit on IV.
Although Max Payne 3 ran smoothly like a charm.

but first i was a 9500 gt nvidia 1gb and gta 4 was ok..

Try to put shadows off OR make a in-game picture of your settings.

There are some FPS tricks to helping you, but truly you need a better Graphics card and at LEAST another Gig of Ram

 It depends on his GPU Memory Clock, interface, Graphics Clock and Processor Clock.

it does have a littile bit to do with his graphics card, but GTA IV is a CPU demanding gaame, if you got a good CPU with 4 more or higher at a high core multiplier, it would run smothly with the help of the graphics card

no i have GTA TBOGT and update on 1.1.2.0 patch..the last
