REAL STRANGE PROBLEM

On my vice city models folder i changed 'gta3.img' to 'gta3.i' now the game crashes I reinstalled it and does the same i tried to change the name again but chrashes to :S

now i dont know what to do ='(

Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Untick "Hide extensions for known file types", then change the extension back to .img.

/ That was for XP, find your way to do it with Vista. Should be something similar.

i did that allready when i change it for example to ISO it gtes ISO FILE

when i change to IMG its says once more '' i ''

Just delete it and re-install the whole game, and tell what it says after that.
