I understood it perfectly. I could be modded or not it might be possible without modding. This isn`t the case now though and I could care less.

I never said anything about the higher part. People really have a problem with challenges and stuff that you can`t get too. Wow.

I know that that roof hasn't been landed with PCJ without mods (what I heard from Cdarmy), so technically you can't get to either part of the roof.
