You are allowed to use custom maps and foxhack. Nothing more. Speed hack and things like that will result in an instant ban.
I'll upload foxhack and some custom maps for everyone to use. (Although the maps are not limited to ones i upload.)

Also, take note, yesterday I made it so everyone can spawn cars. But if it's abused i'll have to make it level 2 admin only, again.
