Title: MeetMyMeat - meetmymodsnstuff [vid]
Post by: MeetMyMeat on November 07, 2016, 07:51:36 AM
Here are some clean and filithy (mostly filthy) stunt ideas I had a month ago. I won't be featured in any other stunt vids from this day forward, altho I'll maybe make a themed stunt vid in the near future  :ajaja:

Brilliant stuff, you showed once again that you have groundbreaking ideas. Those mtb backward wheelies are just pure joy to watch, you have perfect control over the bike. Also liked the finisher, this infinite jumping stuff is also a great find. How I miss the times when you and some other were releasing similar stuff frequently :(

The mtb backwheelie combo at 0:56 was actually my idea.I never even bothered trying it,as there is absolutely no way I could pull it off.And the spot itself had MMM written all over it.So I gave it to him.It was originally ment to be done from the other side.Doing the backwheelie, and without breaking, slide down the hill to the fence and grind it.But he went wild with the idea. What he did in the vid is not how he wanted to end it.With all the ideas he had involving boats and planes the stunt could have ended in San Fierro. He was also the only reason I installed SA or VC for that matter. We tried doing that cjphonehome collab, and also a regular one.But none would've turned out good. And stunting in general isn't what it used to be.Its pretty much been dead for years. But yeah...to sum it up,MMM is hands down for me atleast, the greatest SA stunter in history. He has an unique vision to find spots none would ever dream of,let alone actually land them.I'm really glad I had the opportunity to chat with him and learn a lot of interesting stuff about OON and the man behind all those amazing stunts.

I don't even comprehend how you do those bw wheelies. Like take the first one - it has to be modded right? How could you not loose speed there? But then how do you mod that? Slowmo, weight change in handling? Give us some inside to HOW you mod, that would be interesting.

I was just trying to say what fckr said, some of these stunts might be modded, but the idea behind them is great and the majority of stunters wouldn't even think of that.

Anyway I'd be curious of these mtb backward wheelies, are they actually possible? I know nothing about bikes nor I have skills at them, I just know that mtb combos do look great most of the times. Also, Burn does similar stuff regularly, so mmm is not the only one.

They wouldn't think of it because it's not possible...

That's like saying "Lance Armstrong is a great biker sure he used drugs but no one else thought to go that fast he is so creative."

Thats kinda silly. Are you saying you need to be creative to pedal a bycicle? Your argument would have been valid if I had used mods for big air stunts.

What stunt(s) were modded in Ocean Of Notion, that MTB backwards wheelie? I heard at least one in it wasn't clean.
I never bought your pirate ship landing from [DV]Lighthouse and thought you excluded it from OON for certain reasons. Sup with that?

Sigh.... Read it again.........

He said: "he may have modded but no one thinks of the stuff he lands".
I said "They wouldn't think of it because it's modded and impossible without mods so no point in thinking of it."

It's like Lance Armstrong cycling a bike on drugs he does it way faster than other people and it's as if Diaz is saying "well no one thought to go that fast". Everyone thought to do it but it's impossible without help.

It's not hard to comprehend buddy.

Aren't you supposed to be like the best mod spotter and it's taken you this long to figure out? I love you Rusch but come on.

First of all the Lance Armstrong thing - everyone is cycling cheated, it's not like he was the only one. And he was the best among the cheaters. Cycling is also more than "going fast". Like wtf dude, there are team strategies, you have to know when to attack etc.

Second of all you contradict yourself. First you say that people wouldn't think of the stuff MMM does because they're impossible and then you say "Everyone thought to do it but it's impossible without help". So which one is it?

What's there to spot? In OON nothing looks fishy or is out of reach.
I never saw the replays tho and after so many years I don't even want to.

Backwards wheelies are possible, they're just not thaaat easy to control.
At around 20-25 km/h however, they're very controllable. Even I, who is a derp'ish MTB'ler, can pull off a few seconds.
And as opposed to his claim, one can do straight backwards wheelies without mods/cheats.

We could argue about the legitimacy of the Monster Truck and Quadbike stunts, due to the usage of nitro/hydraulics.
That's technically cheating (Burn does this too i.e.), but most people just tolerate it. That's always been a minus in my book tho.

I'd like to hear from him which of his stunts weren't clean in particular.
Just to see if my gut feeling has been on-spot.

Second of all you contradict yourself. First you say that people wouldn't think of the stuff MMM does because they're impossible and then you say "Everyone thought to do it but it's impossible without help". So which one is it?

Lance Armstrong was an example and the fact that you are looking far too in to it proves one of two things:

Either a) you have missed the point entirely.
Or b) The point wasn't clear enough.

If it's the first one then I'm sorry but I can't help you however if it's the latter I can help you.

Lance Armstrong is a powerhouse in the cycling community. He has inspired countless people to master their craft. MeetMyMeat is also a powerhouse in a community but in this community. He has inspired countless people (including me) to begin their journey in to stunting.

Lance Armstrong used modifications (body) and enhanced his performance deluding people in to believing what he is doing is legitimate.

MMM has used modifications (hacks) and enhanced his performance deluding people in to believing what he is doing is legitimate.

Does that clear things up for you Kuk?

Also to your point about team strategies and when to attack or whatever is just mindless dribble. Lance Armstrong has nothing to do with MMM I was just comparing two well known cases for a point.

I never said people wouldn't think of the stuff MMM does is impossible, I was impersonating Diaz. I thought I made that abundantly clear. When I say "everyone thought to do it but it's impossible without help" I am referring to the fact that there are a lot of ideas that any stunter including me could have thought of but obviously would never land due to it being impossible without modifications.

I have thousands upon thousands of ideas with mods which I'm sure you do too. Anything and everything is possible with them that's why people use them so they can try and land those ideas.

Just so I'm perfectly crystal clear. I have nothing against people who mod. I have everything against people who mod but then try and palm off as if what they have done is legitimate. Does that make sense Kuk? We can talk about it in PM if I'm going off topic.

Also to Rusch:
I agree with you on everything. I too would like a clarification. I'm still a fan of MMM because I do like some of his stunts (that seem legit) and I do like some of his ideas. I just wish he would have come clean a lot sooner.

Indeed it is. But that what too much internet and video games does to a person.

I just cant seem to forgive people who joke about my suicide attempt. Thing is, were forgetting about someone really important its been said over and over again that he loves is very much. I hope you remember who that is and what he did for us.
