the entire video in my vision is perfectly clean, and what made me happy was that i got the same surprised feeling as WH and SSU later videos..
srly idk if its a good or bad thing but i just don't see modded something that just may be possible, u certainly should do the same

All you have to do to confirm this is get close attempts on Biel's opener and PM's Caligula (with a single bump like PM, not a building bonk), and show us replays or live attempts [I was wrong, I just didn't have any success until recently.] That way you could say there's a chance these stunts were not modded, even though Biel and PM's executions look modded too. But nobody will get close to these stunts without mods, because they are impossible. Caligula is potentially doable with a building bonk, but the idea of doing it with a single bump is laughable if you've tried it yourself. [I was wrong, I just didn't have any success until recently.]

It's even funnier how quickly the opener was "landed", considering many amazing stunters have been trying it and couldn't even land the lower part...
I also wonder if it's clean, then why you didn't include it in the upcoming AR video.

You're my friend and I never was going to steal a spot of you, I already showed you some attempts since I saw it as spot in GTAS. Also everyone already tried it, it's a known spot. I was not going to try it if you had the top landed :cc_detective:

Decided to fully test Biel's LV Fountain P2B, because I must admit, I trusted the SSU guys' bias too much, having only tried it a little myself. My findings show that the stunt may indeed be possible, but I can't confirm this for sure, having only got close. However, they also show that while Biel's live attempts may be legit (doesn't account for SACC, gravity, handling adjustments, etc), his landing in Unease was potentially modded.

Based on how much slower his attempt was, I'd say the likelihood he modded is reasonably high. Just to be safe, I followed all of the instructions he gave on YouTube (bottom paragraph).

Note: These are the most accurate frames I can get, given Biel's live frame rate.

My speed decreased from 142mph (228.527kmh) to 138mph (222.089kmh) when I touched the Packer; I didn't drop my RAD or anything like that, this is simply unavoidable. Biel's speed increased from 226kmh to 227kmh; he used the same RAD technique as I did. My speed decreased by 6.5kmh, Biel's speed increased by 1kmh. That should not be possible; I'm sure everyone understands this. As far as I'm concerned, Biel modded using tools like SACC to achieve this, as opposed to modifying his handling file.

UPDATE 2: Now here's the real kicker. Watching Biel's 4th close attempt (https://plays.tv/video/59d039c5b6a5d782b5/lvpd-p2b-close-attempt-4), you will notice that he gets a road bump during his runup. This significantly reduces his speed when he reaches the packer; what do you think should happen in this situation? Note: These are the most accurate frames I can get, given Biel's live frame rate.

Biel's speed when he reached the Packer was 216kmh, and it decreased to 211kmh when he touched the Packer, just like it should have. This was 12kmh slower than my attempt when he reached the Packer, and 11kmh slower than my attempt when he touched the Packer. Despite this, Biel managed to get his closest live attempt so far; he edged the top of the building. This should definitively show that Biel is modding; thanks for wasting my time :mellow:.

is speed the only factor here? Wouldn't hitting the right part of the fountain or something else important? Also could it be that the low graphics Biel uses make an impact.

The low graphics wont effect the collison of a bump or the nrg  so i dont think so

My frame rate was about 120fps when I got my attempt. The game cannot go much higher than that, because it has an approximate cap of 142fps (see my post here - http://www.gtastunting.net/index.php?topic=68959.msg1350651#msg1350651). Having 22 more frames would not change bumping physics in any major way. The bump is an important factor, but the speed is the most important part of this stunt. To that point, let me show you something that should demonstrate exactly what I'm talking about. We have established that both my and Biel's replays are animating at the same speed; we can rule out replay lag or anything like that. He gains less speed than me during the runup; we have established that as well. Keeping that in mind, please look at the boost of speed he gets on his way towards the Packer.

As you can see, my speed drops on a linear basis when I touch the Packer. Biel's speed increases drastically on his way towards the Packer, and continually increases when he touches the Packer; this allows him to land the building despite previously having a slower runup. Keep in mind that Biel was slower than me up until this point, but starting both clips from the middle of the grass, Biel somehow manages to reach the Packer first. Biel is CLEARLY modding, it shouldn't even be a discussion now.

I see. So how exactly is he doing it? Is there a line in handling that you can change to allow less speed loss when hiting the packer? Beacause it looks more like the SACC thing where he just clicks a button to get a slight speed bump at the right moment.
