Welcome to Gtastunting, now that you have registered, we hope you can take the time to read through these forums laws. They may be a touch boring, but it will help you know what and what not to post. We try to be as laid back as possible on these forums, and it works pretty well, all of our rules are reasonable, and are there to ensure everybody has a good time. If you do not agree with any of these laws, we are always open to suggestion, in a nice manner. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with these basic rules:

Respect Staff Decisions -- Please take up any problems through the Personal Message system. Arguing in the forums will only make whatever punishment you were given worse.

Always respect your fellow members -- Name calling and insults will not be tolerated, nor will harassment of any sort. Racism, sexism, or any sort of prejudice will NOT be tolerated.

Quoting insults from another topic or MSN conversation that insults another member will not be tolerated. We see this as "showing off" the insult, thus further insulting the 'victim'

No Warez or Porn -- Of course uploading warez, linking to them or helping someone obtain illegal software is not allowed. We allow the posting of pictures with bare breasts and arses on these forums, but only in topics like "Hot Chicks Official Topic" Do not post pictures of full frontal nudity please. Failure to do so will result in an immediate suspension

*NSFW - Not Safe For Work*

If you want to post a link that you think might offend others, please put NSFW at the beginning of your topic title, for example [NSFW] Horrible News Story. This is so people can view the topic at their own risk, knowing it may be offensive. Anybody found taking advantage of this tag will be warned, taking advantage is decided by the staff here, and theie decision sticks on the matter.

Offensive links/Media -- There will be no links or pictures to be shown of death, mutilation or anything of the sort. Discussions of those subjects, however, are still allowed as long as they do not break any rules.

Criticism -- A lot of people post there work on these forums, things such as obviously stunt videos, graphics work, songs, poems and anything else. If you have something to say about it, good or bad. Be constructive, and be NICE about it. You can still give your honest opinion without offending someone, anybody seen shitting on someones work will be dealt with accordingly.

Spamming -- Please try to contribute something meaningful (and maybe even educational) to the topic at hand, a little harmless spam/jokes in the topic is encouraged, as we try to be fun, but please do not go overboard with spam. If you are caught spamming a lot in multiple topics, punishment will follow.

If you see spam in a topic, please do not contribute to the spam by quoting it or something alike, this will be classed as spam and you will be punished as well.

Posting MSN Conversations or other private material This is a no-no. Send a messege to a Mod or Admin if it is truly needed.

Posting images -- Keep in mind that not everyone has a 21" LCD Flatscreen monitor. This means posting images as a link or a thumbnail if you think it's neccessary.

Signatures and avatars - No provocative content(funny quotes are allowed). Nor is anything that breaks any of the other rules allowed. Restrain from using overly larges pictures in your signature, or even you ava. Size is not only in dimensions, but also in filesize as it can take a long time to load it.

Multiple Accounts - Please do not create more than 1 account for yourself on these forums, if you have a good reason to, then please speak to an admin about it and depending on the reason, we may allow it. Most people get caught out very easily for this by other members, and it is frowned upon greatly.


Warn Logs - Warn logs are a way for a staff member to privately discrete with another member information on what they did to receive the warn level. Do not post your warn log in public.

Foreign languages - Seeing as how English is the main language on this forums, anything posted in a different language must be accompanied with a translation. This must be done, seeing as how you could be insulting a person. We will not take immediate action against somebody posting in another language, but if it is persistent, we will be forced to punish.

*Grammar*

We aren't grammar freaks around here, but it makes it 10x easier for everybody if they can understand your post, please try your best to make sense, and Definitely Do Not Type With Caps For Each Words...it can be very annoying.

Not in the rules? - Staff here were hired for a reason, if they see something that isn't in the rules but is generally bad behavior etc, they have the right to punish you, please do not argue the fact it is not in the forum rules, this will result in a larger punishment.
